Happy Moments

My time in Australia, particularly staying with my sister’s family, had opened my eyes to the fact that it’s both hard and fulfilling to have a family. It’s a difficult task and you really have to ask yourself if you’re built for such a life filled with responsibilities.

But having had the opportunity to capture happy moments of my sis with C in photos like these had caused me to realise that though it is hard, it’s also like finding a piece of heaven on earth.
“They’re just extras,” she had told me. And all I can think about was I’m wishing that I’m slated to get these extras, too.
However, I also realised that there’s a path I need to take in order to get to the happy moments. I need to fill my own life to the brim so I can actually call something else as extra. Makes sense, yea?
I guess I’ll keep on walking then. I’ll get there soon.
Trivia: Photos taken with a Sony DSC-S40 in my sister’s old garden in Mawson Lakes, Adelaide, Australia. Topmost photo taken on October 2005 (see EXIF data); bottom photo, February 2006 (see EXIF data).
